Nineteen local students and one CARICOM Youth Ambassador will travel to Jamaica from April 10 to 16 to learn more about the r??gimes in the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME).

During the field exercise, the students and CARICOM Youth Ambassador will visit a number of agencies that are directly involved in the movement of goods and services, so as to make comparisons between the CSME procedures in Barbados and Jamaica.

Barbados??? Ambassador to CARICOM, Robert ???Bobby??? Morris, will address the students during a briefing ceremony this Wednesday, March 23, at the CSME Unit in Sky Mall, Haggatt Hall, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The CSME exchange programme, which is being coordinated by the Prime Minister???s Office, the CARICOM Secretariat and the CSME Unit, saw a similar cohort of Antiguan students coming to Barbados last year.
