BCC’s Portfolio Season 2017 Continues

The Barbados Community College’s (BCC) annual portfolio season continues this week, with the showcasing of work from the Bachelor of Fine Arts students (Graphic Design), entitled Mega Pixel.

The free event, which started on Wednesday, May 3, continues until Friday, May 12, except on Sundays, at the Musson Building, Hincks Street, Bridgetown.  It will run from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Students from the Bachelor of Fine Arts programme (Studio Arts) and the Visual Arts Associate Degree programme will showcase their work from tomorrow, Thursday, May 4, at the Morningside Campus of the BCC, at 6:00 p.m. The free exhibition continues until Friday, May 12, excluding Sundays, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Also included in Portfolio 2017 is a production from the dance students entitled: Crossroads, which will be held on Saturday, May 6, at the Frank Collymore Hall, beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Tickets for Crossroads may be purchased from the BCC’s Book Source; Cave Shepherd, Broad Street; A&B Music, Sheraton; and Esso, Oistins. For further information on Portfolio 2017 events, they may also call the BCC at 426-2858.
