On Tuesday, January 15, there will be meetings at the Eden Lodge Primary, Eden Lodge, St. Michael and St. Lucy Primary, Trents, St. Lucy; while on Wednesday, January 16, Grazettes Primary, Grazettes, St. Michael will be the venue.

All meetings begin at 5:00 p.m.

Main facilitators for the sessions will be Senior Education Officer (Examinations), Glyne Price; Education Officer, Everton Briggs and Principal of Hillaby Turner’s Hall, Colin Cumberbatch. They will instruct persons on how to fill out the forms used in the BSSEE, including those for choice of school, deferral and special requests.

The series is an initiative of the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development which aims to familiarise parents and guardians as well as educators to the processes involved in the administration of the examination, which will be held this year on Tuesday, May 7.

Parents and guardians of children who will be taking the 2013 BSSEE, familiarly known as the Common Entrance Examination, are encouraged to attend at least one session.
