BVTB’s Evening Classes Starting Soon

Members of the public will soon have another opportunity to enhance their skills in a number of areas when the Barbados Vocational Training Board (BVTB) hosts its evening classes.

Persons may now register for the various 12-week courses which will start during the week of February 5, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. To register, persons must visit www.bvtb.gov.bb, or call 621-2885 for more information. Payments for the various courses should be made at BVTB’s Accounts Department, Culloden Road, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Some of the courses being offered include: Cake & Pastry Making, Make-up Artistry, Barbering, Nail Technology, Tiling & Decorative Finishes, Auto-Mechanics, Braiding & Weaving, International Cooking, and Introduction to Event Planning.

The Board has reminded the public that undersubscribed classes will be cancelled.
