A ceremony to mark the conclusion of a Domestic Operations course, and the first year of operation for the Caribbean Postal Training Centre (CPTC), will be held this Friday, November 20.
The venue is the General Post Office Conference Room, 3rd Floor General Post Office Building, Cheapside, St. Michael, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
The ceremony will also see the conclusion of a multi-year regional quality improvement project which commenced in 2010 titled: The Improvement of Postal Service Quality ??? An Integrated Regional Approach.??
The Domestic Operations course commenced at the CPTC on Monday, November 16, and will be the final training workshop for 2015.??Members of the Caribbean Postal Union participated in the multi-year integrated regional quality improvement project, which was aimed at supporting regional postal operators in enhancing their quality of service competence.??
The CPTC was opened in 2014 and is now recognised as the venue for training postal workers across the region.
