The Technology Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired programme, within the National Disabilities Unit, will host a Community Outreach Day this Thursday, March 16.

The event, which observes the Month of the Disabled, will be held in the Eye Clinic of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Martindales Road, St. Michael, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

There will be assistive devices on display, and a range of services being offered for persons living with visual impairment and their families. Programme Facilitator, Senator Kerryann Ifill; and Adjustment to Blindness Officer, Marjorie Watson, will be present to answer any queries.

The public is invited to attend.
