Court annexed mediations in this island’s law courts may soon become a reality as the Supreme Court of Barbados is in the process of developing its roster of certified mediators with a view to implementation within the court system.
Therefore, to determine levels of competencies, applications are being sought from suitably qualified persons interested in participating as mediators in court annexed mediation.
Interested persons are invited to apply and must provide evidence of training, qualifications and experience in mediation.
Application forms are available on the Court’s website at http://www.lawcourts.gov.bb/ and should be completed and emailed to registrar@lawcourts.gov.bb on or before Friday, October 5.??
