Government’s Commission for Pan African Affairs (CPAA) will be launching an exciting new programme for schools next week.

The ???Mabalozi’ programme, which is Swahili for ambassadors, is an initiative which is geared towards building Afrocentric awareness and promoting African-centred education in schools.

Each ambassador or Balozi will serve as the Commission’s official representative in their respective school.

The programme will be launched during a press conference next Tuesday, May 25, at the Pan African Education and Media Resource Centre, Building No. 5, Harbour Road, St. Michael, at 10:30 a.m.

Minister of Community Development and Culture, Steve Blackett and officials of the CPAA are expected to address the launch.
