Flea Market and Fun Day For Day Of The Disabled

admin Ministry News

To celebrate International Day of the Disabled, which is observed on Tuesday, December 3, the Special Envoy for Persons with Disabilities, and the National Disabilities Unit, are staging a Flea Market and Fun Day.

The event, which will take place at the Bay Street Esplanade, St. Michael, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., will provide an opportunity for persons with disabilities to showcase and sell their products and services.

The public is, therefore, encouraged to come out and support this activity.

Persons are also being urged to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the less fortunate.

For further information, persons may contact Heather Carrington-Broome at 310-1654 or Rosalind Hurley at 310-1652.
