Districts in five parishes will be targeted by the Ministry of Health???s Vector Control Unit next week, as fogging exercises continue across the island.

On Monday, August 25, the officers will be in Christ Church fogging Graeme Hall Park, Maxwell Hill, Kendal Hill, Briar Hall, Maxwell Terrace and Maxwell Gardens.

Also included are Hilton Terrace, Moravian Gardens, Fairholme Gardens, Hythe Garden, Welches and surrounding areas.

On Tuesday, August 26, the operation moves to St. George and St. John, where Market Hill, Bridge Cot Terrace, Golden Ridge, Lemon Arbour, Lower Estate, Parish Land and Airy Hill will be fogged.

St. Thomas and St. James will be targeted on Wednesday, August 27. Areas included in the exercise are Content, Porey Spring, Dunscombe, Canefield, Orange Hill, Jackman???s Alley, Baywoods and the environs.

On Thursday, August 28, the officers will return to St. George to fog Flat Rock, Rowan???s Park, Glebe Land, Valley Land, Walker???s Valley, Constant, Glebe, Valley Development, Salters and surrounding districts.

The team will be in St. Michael on Friday, August 29. Areas identified for fogging are Bottom Close, Factory Avenue, Rock Avenue, Parkinson Field, Regent Hill, Phillips Road, Wildey Terrace, Golden Rock and the environs.

Householders are reminded to cooperate with the officers from the Ministry of Health and keep their doors and windows open to allow the spray to enter and circulate. The fogging exercises take place between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. each day.
