The Vector Control Unit of the Ministry of Health and Wellness will continue to concentrate its efforts in Christ Church next week, while including St. John in its fogging exercise, as it seeks to eradicate the mosquito population.

On Monday, November 26, the team will fog the St. John districts of Sargeant Street, Codrington College, College Land, and the environs.

The areas to be fogged on Tuesday, November 27, are Newton, Newton Terrace with Avenues, Lodge Road, King’s Court, Ashby Land, Evelyn Land and surrounding areas.

On Wednesday, November 28, the team will spray St. Lawrence Gap, Paradise Village, Highway 7, Worthing Main Road, Rendezvous Hill, Casa Blanca, Rockley, Hastings and neighbouring districts.

The districts to be fogged on Thursday, November 29, are Leadvale, Searles, Lowlands, Lowlands Development, Sunset Drive, Golden Court, Concorde Drive and the environs.

The fogging exercises will be carried out between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. each day. Householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter.
