The Vector Control Unit of the Ministry of Health and Wellness will continue to concentrate its efforts in Christ Church next week, as it seeks to control the mosquito population in the parish.

On Monday, November 19, the team will fog Maxwell Hill, Kendal Hill, Briar Hall with Avenues and surrounding areas.

On Tuesday, November 20, the areas to be fogged are Lower Amity Lodge, Rendezvous Hill, Brewster Road, Worthing with Avenues, Bamboo Road, Harmony Hall, Top Rock and the environs.

On Wednesday, November 21, the team will spray St. Lawrence Gap, Paradise Village, Highway 7, Worthing Main Road, Rendezvous Hill, Casa Blanca, Rockley, Hastings and neighbouring districts.

The areas to be fogged on Thursday, November 22, are Warners, Primrose Avenue, Flamboyant Avenue, Hibiscus Avenue, Orchid Avenue, Briar Hall and the surrounding areas.

On Friday, November 23, the team will visit Garrison Road, Hastings, Harts Gap with Avenues, September Square, St. Matthias Road, St. Matthias Housing Area, St. Matthias with Avenues and its environs.

The fogging exercises will be carried out between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. each day. Householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter.
