The Vector Control Unit of the Ministry of Health continues its efforts to eradicate the Aedes Aegypti mosquito next week, when its fogging programme moves into several parishes.

On Monday, November 9, areas to be fogged in St. Michael and St. Peter will be My Lord???s Hill, Licorish Village, Odessa McClean Avenue, Mile & A Quarter, Ashton Hall, Clarkes Road, Corbin Road, The Whim and the environs.

On Tuesday, November 10, the team will be in St. Lucy fogging Rock Hall, Josey Hill, Mount View, Chance Hall, Jemmotts, Rockfield, Pie Corner, Moore Hill Tenantry, Little Bay, Cove Bay and surrounding areas.

On Wednesday, November 11, fogging continues in St. Michael and St. George, when President Kennedy Drive, Richmond Gap with Avenues, Gills Gap with Avenues, Alkins Land with Avenues, Greaves Land with Avenues, Newbury, St. Judes, Superlative, Drax Hall, Greens and neighbouring districts will be targeted.

On Thursday, November 12, the team will be in Christ Church fogging Cane Vale Crescent, Hillside, Gall Hill, Sargeant???s Village, Bartlett Tenantry, Smith Road and the environs.

On Friday, November 13, districts in St. George to be fogged will be Salters, Valley Development, Glebe Land, Constant, Workmans, Free Hill, Jericho, Middleton and surrounding areas. Householders are reminded to open their doors and windows to allow the spray to enter. The fogging exercise runs from 4.30 to 7.30 p.m. each day.
