Residents of Vauxhall, Christ Church and the surrounding districts will have an opportunity to access free health care and checkups this weekend.
That is when the Sargeant’s Village/Vauxhall HIV/AIDS Education Committee will host a health fair on Saturday, October 25, at the Vauxhall Primary School, Vauxhall, Christ Church from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
The fair is being held in conjunction with Government’s Community Development Department.
Patrons can expect free cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure checks as well as HIV/AIDS counselling and testing, health discussions and displays during the afternoon.
There will also be an exercise programme which commences at 2:00 p.m.
