Effective midnight Sunday, October 11, the retail price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) will increase.

According to a statement from the Division of Energy, the price of the 100 lb cylinder will move from $151.29 to $151.71, an increase of 42 cents.

The 25 lb cylinder will now retail at $43.03, up from $42.92. The new price of the 22 lb cylinder is $38.03, an increase of nine cents.

There will be an increase of eight cents on the price of the 20 lb cylinder, which will now retail for $34.57.??

These adjustments in retail prices are due solely to changes in the CIF (cost, insurance, freight) of these refined products.
