Labour Minister, Dr. Esther Byer Suckoo greets new CTUSAB President, Cedric Murrell at her office in Warrens.??
From next year, the Ministry of Labour will regularly share information on legislation it is working on with the Congress of Trade Unions and Staff Associations of Barbados (CTUSAB).
This promise came yesterday from Minister of Labour, Dr. Esther Byer Suckoo, when the new President of CTUSAB, Cedric Murrell, and General Secretary, Dennis Depeiza, visited the Minister at her Warrens office.
Dr. Byer Suckoo told Mr. Murrell that her Ministry was looking forward to working with him and maintaining its good relationship with the union.
Mr. Murrell said his aim was to strengthen the relationship between CTUSAB and Government, as Barbados continues to confront its challenges.
