The National Conservation Commission (NCC) will host a retreat for its supervisory staff tomorrow, Wednesday, July 20 at the Savannah Hotel.?? It is being held in an effort to bring a clear focus to the crucial importance of motivation and leadership for managers.
The all-day activity will feature Human Resource Management Consultant, Rommell Lawrence, as its main presenter. There will also be a presentation from UWI Lecturer and NCC Board of Directors member, Dr. Janice Cumberbatch, who will examine the linkage between environmental management, the Green Economy and the role of NCC supervisory staff.
