Customers of the Barbados Water Authority (BWA) are reminded that the Administration office at its Pine, St. Michael Headquarters is still closed.

As a consequence, persons wishing to make direct payments, or those related to reconnections or new services, must now do so at the Customer Service Centre, Probyn Street, Bridgetown, on weekdays, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Regular bill payments, however, can still be made at payment agencies such as Sure Pay, as well as online, via the Royal Bank of Canada, the Bank of Nova Scotia and First Caribbean International Bank.

For queries or to report problems, customers may contact the BWA at 434-4292 between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. weekdays and 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekends, and bank holidays.
