NISE Customer Satisfaction Index

The National Initiative for Service Excellence (NISE) will present the findings of its first Customer Satisfaction Index for the finance and public sectors next Wednesday, November 17.

Chief Executive Officer Kim Tudor will deliver the results in the Main Training Room, National Insurance Building, Culloden Road, St. Michael at 10:30 a.m.

The national study examined goods and services consumed in Barbados and where each government agency is positioned within the industry. It involved such organisations as the Barbados Postal Service, the National Insurance Department, the Immigration Department, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Sanitation Service Authority, the Barbados Transport Board and the Barbados Licensing Authority.??clashley@barbados.gov.bb
