The Productivity Council will host a free half-day workshop ??? Lean Applications to Improve Productivity ??? on Thursday, November 5, at Accra Beach Hotel and Spa.
It is designed to help business people, whether product or service oriented, reduce costs of operations and improve profits; identify waste and improve quality; and understand the process/cycle times analyses that can increase customer satisfaction and profits.
