Ageing Actively in Mind, Body and Spirit will be one of the topics of discussion when the Ministry of Social Care, Constituency Empowerment and Community Development teams up with The Productivity Council and Seven Seas Ltd. to host a seminar on active ageing, for persons 40 years and over.

The seminar will be held on Saturday, June 8, at the Queen’s Park Steel Shed, in The City, beginning at 8:00 a.m., with free health checks and a display of health supplements. The initiative is one of the activities of the annual National Senior Games, and precedes the Track and Field Meet which comes off at the National Stadium on Saturday, June 29.
