Students To Tour Freedom Corridor

Students of the George Lamming Primary School will, on Monday, March 3, embark on their first tour of the Freedom Corridor sponsored by the Commission for Pan African Affairs.

During the tour, students will be shown statues of the National Heroes of Barbados across the island.

It will begin at 9.30 a.m. starting from the school but branching out to three points, namely the ???Bussa??? statue at the J T C Ramsay Round-a-About; the Sir Garfield Sobers statue at Kensington Oval, and the Sir Grantley Adams bust at Government Headquarters.

Meanwhile, on Friday, March 7, the Junior Mabalozi programme will officially be launched at the school at 9:00 a.m.
