The public is advised that the Supreme Court will be in recess until Saturday, January 5.
To this end, Continuous Criminal Trials for 2013 will commence in the New Year beginning on Monday, January 7.
However, during the period of recess the following business may still be conducted as follows:?? The application of extreme urgency; applications for bail or habeas corpus; delivery of reserved judgments; and the sentencing of convicted persons.
The Court kindly asks that persons arrange their schedules accordingly.
