Barbadian citizens are being offered the opportunity to pursue diploma programmes in Tourism and Hospitality Management in Austria.
The Austrian Development Agency has made available a number of scholarships in the area, for which prospective students can undertake a course of study from October 2015 to May 2016.
Each scholarship is expected to cover tuition fees; accommodation; airfare (from home country to Salzburg and back); health insurance; food; excursions (except field trip to ITB Berlin); and approximately ???205 for pocket money, per month.
Items not included in the package are transfer from the airport to the Institute???s hostel, transportation back to the airport when leaving, and visa fees, which must be paid by the applicants.
Application forms may be obtained from the Tertiary Section, Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Elsie Payne Complex, Constitution Road, St. Michael.
Completed applications should be forwarded directly to the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Office (ITH) in Klessheim, Klessheimer Stra??e 4, A-5071 Siezenheim, to fax number +43-662-85-12.63.25.
