The Welches Post Office will close for repairs this Friday, October 21, until further notice.
As a result of the closure, pensioners have been advised to cash their cheques at the Brittons Hill, Eagle Hall or General Post Offices, or any other Post Office of their choice.
Parcels and registered mail normally collected from the Welches branch should now be collected from the Brittons Hill Post Office. Customers using private letter boxes can continue to access them at the Welches Road Location.
The Postmaster General regrets any inconvenience caused.
