Barbadians are expected to relive the popular ???ole time’ excursions of yesteryear and discover more about the island’s history and culture, when the Barbados Museum and Historical Society stages 10 bus tours this year.
The first excursion will be held on Saturday, February 23, and will start at 9:30 a.m. with a 45-minute tour of the Barbados Museum. The other dates are: Saturday, March 23; Saturday, April 20; Sunday, May 26; Saturday, June 22; Sunday, July 21; Saturday, August 17; Saturday, September 28; Saturday, October 19; and Sunday, November 24.
Special rates will be offered to community groups. Persons interested in attending the tours, which will travel throughout the north or south of the island, should contact the Barbados Museum and Historical Society at 427-0201 or email info@barbmuse.org.bb
