The first in a series of Green Readings to be held during Environment Month will take place on Saturday, June 9, at the Richard Haynes Boardwalk, Hasting Christ Church beginning at 3:30 p.m.
That occasion will also mark the launch of the Green Reading Publication, which is an anthology of the work presented by artistes highlighting environmental issues over the last five years.
Each year, the Ministry of the Environment and Drainage teams up with artistes of Barbados to showcase their artistic writing as they pay homage to the environment through their work by highlighting environmental issues and how they should be treated.
