Between September 2014 and August 2015, several students benefited from the programme, gaining skills that centred on the core values of self-improvement, communication, discipline, respect, teamwork, and focused on results.

The time was split between the field and the classroom to cover a wide variety of activities, games and lessons. Courses offered in partnership with other organisations were food and beverage service, basic professional cookery, barbering, computer applications, cosmetology, masonry and agriculture.??
