All documentation should be submitted in sealed envelopes and must be accompanied by the statutory fees with payment by cheque.

Cheques should be made payable to the Registrar of Companies, or the Registrar of Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property.  Contact details, specifically email addresses and telephone numbers, should accompany submissions.

The provision of Notarial Services and Apostille Certificates have also resumed, and are being facilitated on an appointment basis from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Applicants are required to use the EZPay+ portal to facilitate payment for these services.

Clients are also encouraged to use the EZPAY + platform to pay for CAIPO’s services. (MIST)
