The public will get an opportunity to view the exquisite works of renowned artist Aileen Hamilton, when the Barbados Museum and Historical Society mounts an exhibition in her honour.

The display, entitled A Portrayal of Portraits, which began on Monday, August 17, will conclude on Sunday, October 18, at the Museum’s Garrison, St. Michael, Headquarters.

Interested persons may view the exhibition from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Ms. Hamilton, considered one of the island’s pioneering artists, has perfected the technique of portraiture. The exposition will also showcase other creative works produced by the artist.
