The Barbados Postal Service (BPS) has advised that the Airport Post Office reopened from today, Thursday, April 16. Its opening hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

In addition, the Postmaster General has outlined safety measures which must be undertaken by all persons transacting business at post offices across the island.

They will be required to sanitize their hands on entering the post offices and must wear a cloth mask to cover the mouth and nose.

Persons are also encouraged to practise social and physical distancing protocols by affixing a mailbox to their premises to facilitate the delivery of mail.  These mailboxes are available for purchase at all post office locations.

The Postmaster General also urged customers to follow the health and safety recommendations, as Barbados works to safeguard the well-being of citizens during this challenging time.

The BPS remains committed to serving and safeguarding its valued customers during this time.
