First time mother between the ages of 15 and 25 years and their spouses/partners will be made aware of the rudiments of proper child care when the Winston Scott Polyclinic holds its Third Antenatal Seminar on Wednesday, September 30.

The session will be held at Almond Bay, Hastings, Christ Church, and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It aims to provide guidance in the many areas related to pregnancy and child care, as well as suggestions for coping with the various changes and challenges of parenthood.

Approximately 40 participants will be targeted from within the catchment area of the polyclinic, and facilitators from the clinic and the private sector are expected to attend.
