The Ministry of International Business and International Transport, in association with the Copyright Tribunal has advised that a Hearing of the Reference by the Barbados Broadcasting Service Limited (BBS)?? with respect to the Copyright Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers Inc. (COSCAP) will be convened on February 11 and 12.
It will be held in the Conference Room, Second Floor, Warrens Office Complex, Warrens St. Michael, from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. each day.
The Hearing (application) will be governed by the Copyright Tribunal Regulations, 2004 and will be heard by the Tribunal.
