The deadline to submit nominations for the Timothy Hoyte Award is Thursday, September 15. The National Conservation Commission (NCC) is sending out a final reminder to persons to submit nominations with justified reasons for the coveted environmental awareness award.
Nominees can be a group or individual, who must have consistently facilitated, engaged in and/or promoted the importance of trees, tree planting and general environmental awareness in the past year.
Nominations may be sent to Ricardo Marshall, at rmarshall-ncc@caribsurf.com.
The Timothy Hoyte Award will be presented at the official ceremony for National Arbor Day on Thursday, September 22.
