Artistes in need of financial support in order to be included as part of the Barbados National Programme for CARIFESTA XIV should submit proposals to the National Cultural Foundation (NCF) by Friday, April 19.
Proposals should have background on the artistes and a description of the project. A detailed budget should also be included, along with an indication of the level of support needed. Projects should be cost effective and designed for easy travel.
Artistes should also note that CARIFESTA requires performances to be of no longer than one hour’s duration. Submissions should demonstrate a record of artistic excellence and achievement.
Proposals should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer at the NCF at carol-roberts@ncf.bb, and copied to andrea-wells@ncf.bb.
