The Customs Department is reminding all ASYCUDA World users that their production passwords may be collected from the Barbados Port Inc. Building, University Row, St. Michael, today, Friday, September 6, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The “production passwords” refer to passwords which will be issued along with the usernames to access the “production” or live server, which will be available on Monday, September 9.

At present, all companies are accessing the training server.  The usernames and passwords utilized in the training environment will not be valid in the production environment.

Company or individual passwords have been prepackaged and are available for pickup.  In addition, companies and registered Clearing Agents are also advised that they are responsible for collecting passwords on behalf of their clerks.
