The Barbados Accreditation Council (BAC) will celebrate its 15th anniversary next month, and will host a number of activities to mark this milestone. 

Customer Appreciation Month will be observed from November 1 to 29, and patrons conducting business with the BAC will receive a token.

The semi-finals of the National Secondary School Debate Competition will take place at Solidarity House, Harmony Hall, St. Michael, from Tuesday, November 5, to Wednesday, November 6.  The competing teams will be Queen’s College vs. Foundation and The St. Michael School vs. The Lodge School.

On Friday, November 8, the BAC’s inaugural Spelling Bee & Art Competition for the Eden Lodge, St. Stephen’s, Lawrence T. Gay Memorial and West Terrace Primary Schools will be held at the Christ The King Church, Rock Dundo, St. Michael, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The BAC will also hold a Quality Assurance – Open Day at National Heroes Square, Bridgetown, on Friday, November 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On Friday, November 22, Customer Appreciation Day, customers will be presented with prizes and gifts throughout the day at the BAC’s offices at Manor Lodge, St. Michael.

The finals of the National Secondary School Debate Competition will be held on Wednesday, November 27, at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, Two Mile Hill, St. Michael, from 10:00 a.m.

The final activity will be Employee Appreciation Day, on Friday, November 29, That day, the office will close at 2:00 p.m.
