Educational providers from tertiary level institutions are being invited to attend the Barbados Accreditation Council’s (BAC) workshop on the topic: Programme Accreditation – The True Mark of Quality from Wednesday, February 6 to Thursday, February 7, at the Almond Bay, Hastings, Christ Church.
During the sessions participants will be given insight into The True Meaning of Accreditation; The Value and Benefits of Programme Accreditation to Them; The Process for Accreditation and The Tools that they will need to achieve this Recognition; How Programme Accreditation Can Be Used As A Competitive Advantage and The Cost of not Becoming Accredited.
Facilitators for the session will be the Executive Director of BAC, Valda Alleyne, and its Quality Assurance Officer, Tamara Gibson. Chairman of BAC, Yvonne Walkes, will address the opening ceremony on Wednesday, February 6, at 8:00 a.m.
