The National Sports Council (NSC) and the Youth Development Programme present BajeFit: Keeping the Community Alive!

This initiative is designed to get members of communities of all ages, from St. Lucy to St. Philip, to come out and get active.

These fitness sessions will be led by the Council’s coaches, who will bring their expertise and fun workouts free of cost to NSC playing fields all over Barbados. The sessions will run from Monday, June 29, until Friday, August 7, 2020. Sessions will be held on week days except Thursdays.

Sessions at playing fields that are equipped with lights will run from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., and from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. While those playing fields without lights will run from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Registration forms may be collected from the NSC office at the Wildey Gymnasium or Youth Commissioners. Alternatively, participants may sign up on the day.

Interested persons should visit the Instagram page @nscbarbados, or search for the National Sports Council on Facebook.  They may also call 535-9601 for more information.
