Professionals in the manufacturing, distributive, hospitality, ancillary, travel and utility sectors will get the opportunity to learn more about the services offered by the Barbados Accreditation Council when it hosts a series of Information Sessions on October 19 and 26.

The joint Barbados Accreditation Council/Barbados Employers Confederation (BEC) initiative is targetting both BEC members and non-members. Sessions will be held at the BEC Headquarters, Braemar Court, Deighton Road, Brittons Hill, St Michael at 10:00 a.m.

Topics to be covered during the sessions include, evaluation and recognition of qualifications and the granting and verifying of the Certificate of Recognition for CARICOM Skills Qualification.

The session for professionals from the Manufacturing and Distribution sectors will take place on October 19, while participants from the Hospitality, Ancillary, Travel and Utility sectors should attend the session on October 26.   Each session will be approximately one hour.
