The Barbados Drug Service is inviting members of the public to a lecture on the Prevention and Reversal of Chronic Illnesses in Barbados at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, Two Mile Hill, St. Michael, on Tuesday, April 9, from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m.

Clinical Professor of Preventive Medicine, at Loma Linda University, California, United States, Dr. Hans A. Diehl, will deliver the lecture. He founded the Complete Health Improvement Program 25 years ago – a lifestyle enrichment program designed to reduce disease risk factors through the adoption of better health habits and lifestyle modifications.

Prior to the lecture, there will be displays and information on alternative treatments for chronic illnesses between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. Bus transportation will be provided after the lecture to the Fairchild Street and Princess Alice bus terminals.
