The Community Development Department, in collaboration with the Valley Community/Resource Centre, in St. George, will be conducting a Basics in Making Skin and Body Care Products course, starting Monday, February 28.
Areas covered in the course include making soaps and body lotions. The classes will be conducted Mondays and Wednesdays between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.
