The Barbados Community College (BCC) is offering four short term programmes for persons interested in pursuing various artistic disciplines.

Courses are scheduled to begin during the first week in February and will last for 12 weeks. They are: Beginners’ Pottery, which will be held on Wednesdays, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.; Advanced Pottery, which is scheduled for Thursdays, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.; Painting and Drawing, set for Wednesdays, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Computer Graphics, which will be taught on Saturdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.??

Persons interested in pursuing studies in Advanced Pottery should have completed beginners’ pottery and those signing up for Computer Graphics should be computer literate.?? All courses are $350 each, except for Computer Graphics, which costs $450.

Registration will take place from Saturday, January 16, to Saturday, January 30, at the College, Eyrie, Howell’s Cross Road.?? Forms may be collected from the Student Affairs section of the BCC, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
