Members of the public are invited to join the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Blue Economy for a heritage bus tour on Sunday, November 10.

Persons are asked to assemble at the Oistins Bay Gardens, Oistins, Christ Church, by 9:45 a.m. to board the buses which will leave at 10:00 a.m.

The tour will have stops at the East Point Light House in St. Philip, Consett Bay, and Bath, St. John, and Harrison’s Point, St. Lucy, with a lunch stop included.  Persons are encouraged to bring their own lunch.

The buses are expected to return to Oistins Bay Gardens by 4:00 p.m.

Tickets will be available from the Coastal Zone Management Unit’s office at Warrens Tower II, Warrens, St. Michael, and the Fisheries Division on Princess Alice Highway, from Tuesday, November 5, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.  

One person is allowed to collect only two tickets. This forms part of a week of activities to mark Blue Fest 2019 under the theme Introducing the Blue Economy.
