The Barbados National Registry for Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases (BNR) will host an evening of art and research for health care professionals next Wednesday, November 25, on the grounds of the Chronic Disease Research Centre, Jemmotts Lane, St. Michael.

Patrons to the event will get the opportunity to view art and hear featured speaker Dr. Bernadette Theodore Gandi discuss the topic "The Relevance of Chronic Diseases in Today’s Society".

The BNR is an initiative of the Ministry of Health, and was established to provide continuous national surveillance of stroke, heart disease and cancer.??
