Breast cancer will come under the microscope next week when the Barbados Community College (BCC) hosts its community outreach lecture on the topic Breast Cancer – Is it Male or Female?
The lecture, which takes place on Wednesday, October 5, at 7:30 p.m., in the Liberal Arts Auditorium of the BCC, will be delivered by physician, Dr. Raymond Maughan.
Breast cancer is a disease known to afflict mainly women, and in Barbados it is considered the most common cancer among females.
Members of the public are invited to attend the lecture.
