The public is advised that the Bridgetown Fish Market will reopen tomorrow, Tuesday, April 20, while the Payne’s Bay Fish Market will remain closed until further notice.
All other markets have reopened to the public from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, from today, Monday, April 19.
Persons are also asked to note that there are revised protocols in place to ensure the proper safety standards are met in the markets.
Additionally, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Blue Economy reminds the public to observe and practise all COVID-19 protocols as directed, while visiting any of the fish markets across the island.
