The Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Wellness, will facilitate two transport operators’ sensitisation workshops on Tuesday, February 22, and Thursday, February 24.
They will be held from 9:30 a.m. until noon at the Hilton Barbados Resort, Needham’s Point, St. Michael.
The sessions will offer transport operators the opportunity to gain first-hand information on safety and transportation protocols for the tourism industry.
Persons interested in attending the workshops should note that there will be no pre-registration for the sessions and attendance will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
However, to receive the certified sticker after the session, participants are required to register upon arrival at the Hilton before the commencement of the session. No participant will be admitted later than 15 minutes after the start of the training.
