In an attempt to educate entrepreneurs about how to manage their businesses during the current economic crisis, the Barbados Investment and Development Corporation (BIDC) will host a series of seminars entitled: "Steps to Business Efficiency", starting tomorrow.

To this end, its Entrepreneurial Development Division will conduct courses on June 9, 10, 16 and 17, at Hotel PomMarine, Marine Gardens, Hastings, Christ Church, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.

Management Consultant at the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity, Velma Wiltshire, will speak on the topic: Service Delivery: How it Impacts Your Business, on Tuesday, June 9, and Chief Executive Officer of Dowell’s Advisory Service, Oral Dowell, will address participants on Improving Financial Management, on Wednesday, June 10.

On Tuesday, June 16, the Chief Executive Officer of E&D Consulting Services, Erwin Edwards, will explore the subject: How to Have the Most Energy Efficient Business, while Executive Director of Applied Performance Solutions Inc., Elaine Bourne, will examine: Getting the Most Out of Your Employees.
