The Barbados Vocational Training Board (BVTB) will be completing Graduate Tracer and Attrition Studies for persons who have completed the Skills Training Programmes during the academic period 2014-2016.
The BVTB will also be completing an Attrition Study for persons who dropped out from the Skills Training Programmes between August 2016 and June 2017.
The objective of the Graduate Tracer study is to determine the benefits of the Skills Training Programme, while the Attrition Study will aim to ascertain why persons dropped out of the programme.
